Task PPE: hearing protection, dust/fume respirator, chemical/cut gloves, knee pads — per hazard assessment
Arc-flash PPE (FR clothing, face shield, insulating gloves) only if qualified live-electrical work is authorized

LOTO kit — personal locks (non-combination), tags, hasps (OHSR Part 10)
Fire extinguisher(s) — staged for any hot work; fire-watch ready
Spill kit + wet-floor signage + barricade tape
Lighting kit — balloon/area lights, string lights, task lights, personal headlamps; battery/generator emergency backup
First-aid kit + AED location known; nearest hospital route
Fall protection — full-body harness + SRL/lanyard where heights work is planned (Part 13)

Lifts (EWPs) and forklifts: only trained/authorized operators (CAN/CSA B335-15). Contractor-supplied operators carry proof of qualification.
